He purchased the generator new from a local Onan dealer and it has only been installed in one store since new. It was a back up generator to run the cases in the event of a power outage and has very low hours. Other than being test run two times a year it was rarely ran and usually only for a few hours a time during normal storm power outage. The generator was on a Onan service plan and was maintained and ran by a technician from new. The machine does not have a hour meter but the total hours can't be over a couple hundred.
