Experienced Process Engineer - (Monett, MO)

SUMMARY Will lead and manage the implementation of various projects and processes in manufacturing to improve safety, quality, delivery and productivity. Will also research, write and implement new capital equipment requests as well. LOCATION EFCO Corporation Monett, Missouri ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ¨ Organizes and participates on numerous continuous improvement events, including leading 2P and 3P events. ¨ Leads in the development of estimates for time, cost and quality for projects. ¨ Coordinates the specification, design and/or modification of specialty tooling, fixtures and machines. ¨ Promotes safety through training, design and actions. ¨ Job necessitates leadership, organizational and financial skills. ¨ Position mandates product and process experience.
