NEWELL G454F Excellent condition, Serviced with Carbontex Drags - $295 - (Huntington Beach, CA)

NEWELL G454F with 5 TO 1 GEARS. I would rate it 10 out of 10 on mechanics and 7.5-8 out of 10 on cosmetics on a scale of 1 -10 with 10 being perfect. I took points off for cosmetics because there is some minor signs of use such as minor scratches here and there (see pictures), small amounts of black paint on 2 of the badges are missing (see left side plate small "NEWELL" and front crossbar large "NEWELL" badge) and mostly because there are some letters lightly scratched onto the bottom of the base (see the last 3 pictures of the base)...you have to look hard to see them. None of this impacts the operation of the reel and it is really clean and well taken care of inside and out otherwise. Both side plates have the large metal bearing caps which allow for freespool adjustment. It also has the stainless steel clicker on the left side plate. The reel has been serviced and all other metal parts have been greased to prevent potential corrosion in the future. The is no corrosion or rust on the reel inside or out. The reel has been serviced and carbontex drags with a light coat of Cal's grease were installed. Please see pictures and be your own judge of the condition.
