Taft is 1 of a litter born to Sunshine, in the temporary shelter where she was housed in November. Sunshine was 1 of the 140 dogs rescued by Haywood County Animal Services. She appears to be an Australian Shepherd mixture, but of course we have no idea who the father of the pups might be. We do know they are wonderful, fluffy, healthy babies about 8 weeks old now, and ready to move on to their forever homes.
