Facilities Coordinator - (Jacksonville, FL)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the building is presentable at all times. Ensure that equipment works properly set up cubicles before new arrivals ensure supplies are available and work areas are clean. Aid in employee moves assuring that work areas are ready to be used again when an employee leaves. Create print and hang signage throughout the building. Minor mainance on a daily basis - change lights move tables panels boxes etc. Assist clean up of kitchen problems and overflows maintain scheduled checks on break rooms. Track problem tickets to ensure that issues are addressed promptly. Inventory and stock break room supplies printer stations and common areas. Change trs in printers and fax machines as needed. Order supplies through different vendors (office supplies business cards trs and paper) as needed. Empty shred bins as needed. Act as backup for the front desk guard during lunch and breaks and when out of the office. Perform all reception duties as required....
