We have a fully refurbished Steris 3085SP (New Style) surgical table. This table is ready to ship. We take a lot of pride in refurbishing surgical tables. We provide a full year parts and labor warranty. Don't be fooled by other companies claiming they "Refurbish" tables. We spend approximately 80 labor hours to make sure our customers not only receive a perfect running table ,but one that looks like it came from the factory. Please read below on all the work involved making our tables top in the industry. Fully Refurbished Table Includes the following: Base assembly- Removal of all components from surgical table base to Sandblast, Prime, and Paint. Rebuild entire Main Lift Column Assembly including replacing new Bearings and Slide Oiler Felts(Adjust column to manufacturer's specifications). Rebuild Manual Hydraulic Pump assembly and replacement of the pick up tube. Sandblast, prime, paint and lubricate the Caster Assemblies. Install new Motor and Control batteries. Install new Plastic Shroud Covers (Lower and upper).Install new base Shroud Bumpers. Install new Power Entry Module and new hospital grade 20' Power Cord. Install new floor lock shafts, feet and linkages. Flush the hydraulic system. Replace the electrical Molex connectors. Sand and polish all stainless steel. Replace all necessary decals. Upper Structure: Remove the upper structure from base. Sand, Prime, and Paint entire table top. Replace Main Upper Bushing (Critical). Install new leg section Bearings. Replace the Override Switch Covers. Remove and clean the Carbon Fiber Tops and apply new Velcro. Polish all stainless side rails, and spacers. Disassemble the Head Rest Assembly sand, paint, and polish. Replace any worn or broken hardware. Lubricate all appropriate pivot points.**Rebuilt Hand Control including new Coil Cable, and a new 3" memory foam pad set provided. Completion: Reconnect the upper structure to the base assembly.
