Genuine antique map "Arizona and New Mexico" from New General Atlas published by S Augustus Mitchell Jr in Pennsylvania, 1867. Forts, Indian establishments, cities, waterways and mountain ranges are named and wagon roads and settlement routes are indicated. Bright original hand color outline and washes and a lovely twining grape leaf border make a very attractive map. Very good condition with age toning. Image measures 11 3/8" x 14 1/8".
