Full time Retail Production Associate Description: Responsibilities: The Production Associate is responsible for providing excellent service both in the front of the store, as well as the donation door. They will be performing a variety of duties throughout the store included but not limited to the following: Production: Sorting, tagging and hanging clothing Processing non-textile donations to ready them for sale Pricing and testing items for quality assurance Register Operation/ Sales Floor: Cash handling and operating a POS system Expertise to count change and complete required paperwork Expertise to count down drawers Greet and exceed customers needs Straighten sales racks Fill sales floor with product Donation Door: Greeting customers at their car and accepting donations Issuing receipts Transportation of product via pallet jack Sort donations Requirements: Applicant must be able to demonstrate the following: A. Meeting and exceeding production standards per hours worked unless assigned to other tasks.
