HR Manager, Leave and Accommodation - (Lathrop, CA)
Regular Full Time Responsibilities: As the HR Manager of Leave and Accommodation you will serve a critical role overseeing policies, programs and procedures for leave of absence, accommodation and return-to-work, worker's compensation, and safety, as well as lead or support other Corporate HR initiatives. You will apply in depth knowledge of leave and safety laws and regulations, and hands-on experience with developing effective leave and accommodation programs and policies, strong investigation, mediation and coaching ability in sensitive employee discussions and circumstances, and well-rounded general HR experience and skills to make an impact in HR and the organization through innovative approaches, focus on our most valuable asset - our people, and excellence in HR service delivery.
