The Human Resources Data Technician supports the Human Resources Department with a variety of administrative duties related to team player records. These records have a significant impact on the company and the processing of payroll. This position necessitates attention to detail and an understanding of the records as it is critical team player data that is updated timely and accurately . Essential Job Functions Input and maintain all team player records and payroll details including new hires, status changes, rate of pay, employment status, position title, work location, etc. in the HR/PR system Responsible for accuracy of records Respond to calls and emails from all levels of management regarding team player records Resolve issues when appropriate and escalate further concerns to the HR Records/Benefits Manager
