Keithley 6517A Electrometer/High Resistance Meter shown in photographs. Keithley is well known for their high quality Electrometers and Sourcemeters. My test equipment supplier said he tested it and it is working as intended. As you can see in photos, it passed RAM and ROM startup self-test. Display still has strong lighting. 6517B new from Keithley is $8,110 Also have a Keithley 2410 Sourcemeter in a different listing if interested. On more expensive meters, I offer the right to have this calibrated (at your expense) before being shipped. I take to an associate's calibration company here in Minneapolis called Martin Calibration. They are ISO 17025 certified. They are always very busy and often takes a week to calibrate. Calibration certificate can be "with data" or "without data". If you are intending to buy, and want calibration quote, DO NOT PAY until after quote and/or calibration itself as Top Seller program requires that I must ship within one day of payment and it obviously won't be ready if calibration needs to be considered.
