Vintage Black Leather Eagle Inlay Cowboy Boots Texas Boot Co. 7D Thunderbird - $219 - (Winslow, AZ)

This pair of Texas Boot Co. Eagle/Thunderbird cowboy boots is in great condition for their age. The company founder left Acme to start his own company in the 1950s, which accounts for the similarity in the design. You can tell the difference because the thunderbird on these is turquoise and coral red, and the top of the shafts have white stars in the back. The shaft detail stitching is red and white. Stamped with the Texas Boot Co. mark in the front and the back inside the shafts of both boots. These are a size 7D (for a woman that would be 8-8.5 wide). They are 12" tall from the floor to the top of the shaft, with a 1" heel. Metal reinforced heels. These boots have seen a rodeo or two but are still in very good condition, with one small scuff on the back of the left boot (see photo). That would probably disappear with polish. True vintage Western Wear from Indian Country. Made in the USA! These are a RARE find for a collector, still very wearable for fashion and great for a country or rockabilly performer.
