1st Shift Production Team Leader- Middlebury, IN - (Middlebury, IN)

Currently, Meijer is looking for a Production Team Leader. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the functional area of a six-days per week operation with responsibilities including daily management of operations, manpower and workflow planning, time management, team player engagement, training, scheduling and various other aspects of team leadership. Key assignments include: Supervising hourly teammates to ensure quality work and operational standards are met daily Resolving team player issues and promoting team player engagement Being responsible for team player scheduling and training Being responsible for promoting a safe working environment/culture among teammates This job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required.
