This is a varied position:- Listen to customer service calls and give written coaching and tips for improvement- Review all new loans for system accuracy, about 55/day- Process customer complaints/surveys- Audit customer correspondenceMortgage servicing or banking experience preferred with knowledge of Fiserv OR any call center Quality Assurance experience!Mortgage Servicing Quality Assurance Specialist POSITION DETAILS:Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the loan on-boarding process and perform service quality audits giving feedback to management.Mortgage Servicing Quality Assurance Specialist KEY FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):Perform on-boarding review within expected timeframe that includes a comprehensive review of key data elements and documents for the loan.Track all errors of loan boarding and provide reporting to managementLook for specific trends in loan boarding errors and service audits and make
