Environmental Scientist - (New Orleans, LA)

Job overview: This position is responsible for monitoring and mentoring of environmental programs and activities internationally, analyzing data for compliance and trends, responding to inquiries for data and analysis, overseeing contractors in environmental studies. Essential Job Tasks: Works with a team to review, analyze, interpret and report data collected from sites and identify trends and exceedances of criteria, as well as identify potential outliers and possible sources of error. Compiles reports and presents findings on key environmental data. Provides support to site personnel in collection, and analysis of samples from multiple media. Assist personnel in interpretation of results. Designs and establishes sampling programs. Review program implementation and provide feedback.
