Dietary Aides (Part time All Shifts) SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS Handles food, dishes, and equipment in accordance with sanitation standards. Dietary Cook (Full time) SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS The cook is responsible for the timely preparation and serving of resident meals that are consistent with departmental policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. Responsible for ensuring the food is prepared and served at the proper temperature. In the absence of the Dietary Services Manager or Assistant Dietary Services Manager, the cook on duty is the person in charge of the department.
