Deposit Training Specialist - (North Liberty, IA)

University of Iowa Community Credit Union Position overview: Provides quality service to members and staff of the UICCU in daily transactions and inquiries in various locations based on organizational needs. Provides info and/or answers to questions on a broad range of deposit related transactions, products and services as needed. Successfully refers products and services to new and existing members. Assists in the development, presentation, and coordination of new employee training. Works closely with the Training Manager, Human Resources and Branch Managers. Acts as a leader, training resource, and mentor for staff. This position's focus is on developing, maintaining, and executing training programs while continuing to serve the members in a front line capacity to ensure hands-on knowledge and background. Pay Range: $17.19-$25.79
