For sale is a ?Fr. 350 $1 1891 Treasury Note PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ?. Just a single point shy of the full Gem grade. That point almost certainly was lost due to the right side of the bottom margin, which although it remains free of the design, strays somewhat close.
