BETTER HOMES & GARDENS SEWING BOOK 5 RING BINDER 1970? Good Condition! - $10 - (Stacyville, ME)

Vintage Better Homes and Gardens Binder. I am unsure of a copyright date on this but other ones I have seen on here have the date of 1970. It is in good shape, there do not appear to be any rips in the pages. It does smell a little musty and the cover is a little faded, as an old book would, but other than that, it is in great shape for it's age.
