Talent Acquisition Manager - (Tulsa, OK)

This is a REMOTE,CONTRACT and COMMISSION-BASED position. There is NO SELLING involved. Provides administrative support to Management on all personnel matters, assists with interviewing, job postings and Independent Contractor files. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Conducts new hire orientation for new Independent Contractors. Maintains Contractor documentation including W-9, contracts, payment preference, etc. Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork. Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms. Assists Human Resources Manager with various projects. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by Director and Management. Upload documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence. Prepares new employee files.
