AutoCAD Drafter (Residential) - (Alpharetta, GA)

We are currently seeking a team-oriented AutoCAD Drafter with proven residential drafting experiences. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident working independently as a supporting member of our team. The primary focus of our projects range in the design of residential projects. Day to Day responsibilities: Self-check own work for completeness, accuracy and meeting workplace standards. Work from drawings, sketches, scanned photos and/or specifications. Responsible for managing and drafting "redline" revisions to existing plan base Responsible for plan accuracy in the field, including details and construct-expertise Review and correct plans as needed required by Problem Area Reports (PAR) Responsible for construction means and methods as they relate to construction documents Assemble town home building elevation and slab plans, including step-downs, offsets, etc. General knowledge of residential construction building codes All other job-related duties as assigned Qualification:
