You are buying the research and development notes, part sources and manufacturing information, software source code, website and domain; marketing and sales records and contact information for an existing international user base; and all other rights to the Coryographic CC-3, a robotic camera controller hardware and software device designed for use with Sony robotic PTZ cameras. Coryographic is a technology "garage business" I created several years ago to develop, manufacture and direct-market a self-contained electronic device which I invented to control Sony robotic pan-tilt-zoom cameras. I developed the hardware utilizing modified stock components, and wrote custom software for the device; and over 2015/2016 completed a small-scale manufacturing run and public test-market sale of the device, which is now currently in use across the US and several other countries.
