CLINICAL COORDINATOR - Plastic Surgery - (Roanoke, VA)

Support Carilion`s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all position duties. The coordinator uses advanced nursing processes in decision-making, patient assessment, data analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve the overall quality and efficiency of patient care for the designated department and population served. Provides direct and indirect patient care as needed; oversees the delivery of patient care; and provides day to day management of programs to coordinate patient care as designated by the department. Coordinates the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care; identifies areas for study; and participates in and/or supports research. Works in compliance with all State, Federal, and other regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource and mentor to staff and teammates. Min Experience required Education: Graduate of an licensed institution of Nursing required. Bachelor`s degree Preferred.
