Production Lead - (Lakewood, WA)

Production Lead Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works with the Scheduling department to establish production priorities and sequences for manufacturing to meet customer commitments and business objectives. Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure min costs and prevent operational delays. Works with the Quality Control department to assure product and process quality by establishing and sustaining standards, to confirm and validate manufacturing process requirements. Establishes goals and objectives required to complete projects on time and within budget constraints. Requirements: Must possess good communication and leadership skills with results oriented motivational technique. Candidates must be hands on, issue solving individuals who can identify process/equipment problems and directing efforts for corrective action. Must be experienced in creating and delivering documentation and training material
