HVAC Technician/Installer - (Manchester, MD)

D&S Green Services is an established family owned business looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to service, repair and replace residential and commercial equipment. Geothermal background would be a plus. HVAC Installer/Service Technician Functions, Duties and Responsibilities: - Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability - Installs Geothermal and other heating/cooling Systems. - HVAC education or background required - Maintains record keeping qualifications and written reports as part of a daily routine Job responsibilities: - Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems - A team member who contributes and works with others accomplishing results - Demonstrated professional interpersonal relationship skills - Attention to detail and punctuality is critical - Exceptional customer service skills involving building trust, confidence, and a focus on customer satisfaction - Requires on call rotation
