Top three Must Have Skill Sets: 1. quality assurance background 2. strong decision making skills (NCs) non conformance's 3. flexibility regarding work schedule Position provides coaching, guidance and direction to MANUFACTURING, QC and F&E staff in regards to compliance and quality systems assignments include the following: - Ensures that changes that could potentially impact product quality are assessed according to procedures - Supports Continual Improvement initiatives, programs and projects - Ensures that deviations from established procedures are investigated and documented per procedures - Self-motivated - Knowledge of MaB manufacturing process - Ensures that facilities, equipment, materials, organization, processes, procedures and products comply with cGMP practices and other applicable regulations - Strong management expertise and expertise to manage multiple tasks at 1 time - Performs additional duties as specified by management Required requirements
