Company is searching for a Senior Vice President of Franchise and Corporate Development to join our team! As an active member of Company’ senior leadership team, the Senior Vice President of Franchise and Corporate Development provides guidance on corporate strategic direction, policy, and overall franchise system growth. This role leads and directs teams in the achievement of strategic objectives and initiatives including market planning and development, franchisee recruitment and selection, market analysis, real estate, construction, design, and facilities. The Senior Vice President of Franchise and Corporate Development is responsible for assessing sales, real estate and development infrastructure while ensuring scalability and optimization of current processes. A strong focus on implementing and executing upon cross functional initiatives to drive domestic and international growth and improve performance and profitability of the organization and affiliates is essential.
