Work locations: Woburn, MA ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inspect apartments prior to move-in and after housekeeping services, using a checklist on an electronic device * Occasional cleaning and set-up of apartments * Enter and update apartment status info into several systems * Perform pre move-out inspections. * Coordinate keys, gate cards and remotes for all housekeeping Associates. * Complete service requests as needed. * Assist in training new and current Associates. * Transport associates to/from various locations. * Perform clerical duties.
