* Design and develop applications and software tools to automate,improve, or change business processes and procedures. * Serve as alead developer or Support medium for large sized projects fromanalysis through implementation by serving as developer. * Involved inproject from startup through implementation to ensure all aspects ofthe technology plan are accounted for, understood, defined andexecuted successfully. * Build technical designs that properlyleverage our architecture. * Effectively give and receive a thoroughdesign and/or code review following documented coding standards anddesign template. * Develop and perform effective unit testingprocedures. * Work with Business Analysts and Solution Managers toaddress requirement questions. * Collaborate together with Business Analyststo design scalable solutions to problems. * Work with other teammembers on medium and large-sized projects. * Work with peers, teamleads and supervisors in a collaborative and shared-learningenvironment.
