VINTAGE ADVERTISING NAIL APRON Patterson Lumber Inc Weyerhaeuser building - $8 - (Mapleton, MN)

Here is really quite a clean and nice and lightly used advertising nail apron which says Weyerhaeuser Building Products, PATterson Lumber Inc. Quality for Less Phone 387-4424 . I don't see any city or state, but I am kind of guessing Mankato, Minnesota just based on number. I think this might be vintage even though it is a 7 digit phone number. This has minimal wear, discoloring and would be great to use or collect for someone. Thanks for looking.
