Clerk/Treasurer, City of Loris Position assignments: Serves as liaison between the City Administrator, Mayor, City Council along with other City employees, elected officials and the general public Maintain a calendar of City Council's scheduled meeting times and topics, and disseminates the info to the public as requested Prepares and distributes notices of public hearings and all other special meetings, and prepares all related documents Prepares agendas and all other required materials for use and details by Council and the public in advance of meetings, takes, prepares and distributes minutes; post minutes to permanent records Updates City's web and media pages as needed Prepares, authenticates and maintains ordinances, resolutions, agreements, easements, petitions to annex, deeds and other official City records; records; scans and maintains electronic data Maintains Municipal election records Provides general secretarial, administrative and clerical support to the City Administra- tor
