PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To organize, manage and archive all of the advertising department’s diverse digital assets and perform retouching, clipping, compositing, and color correcting pictures for our print and web products in alignment with the company’s processes and procedures. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: 1. Manages extensive digital image/media server and ensures consistent and accurate naming and archiving of photos, artwork, logos, videos and related media to production standards. 2. Reviews all incoming vendor supplied photos, determines usability and makes any necessary recommendations to merchandising area on appropriateness. 3. Ensures that visuals are of the necessary quantity and caliber to serve diverse content needs across digital and social channels to achieve max audience engagement.
