Associate Development Chemist - (Shawnee, KS)

Our leading pharmaceutical client located in Shawnee, KS is looking for an Associate Development Chemist to join their team. Associate Development Chemist will conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses in support of new product development and registration and product maintenance activities. Responsibilities: - In-process, release, and stability testing of finished products - Maintain accurate and detailed records per cGMP and SOP qualifications - Initiate and resolve laboratory investigations - Peer review of analytical documentation and data - Laboratory support activities Education and Background: - BS in Chemistry or related scientific discipline - Min two years background in regulated research laboratory - Min two years background following GLP or cGMP (preferred) regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, VICH, USP/NF) - Laboratory equipment background to include HPLC, Karl Fischer - Expertise to work unaided and follow standard procedures (e.g., SOPs, Test Methods)
