Parallon Business Performance Group has the following opportunity available with the Richmond Shared Services Center, located at The Boulder's Office Park at 7300 Beaufont Springs Drive, Richmond, Virginia. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday thru Friday from 10:30AM to 7:00PM . Customer Service Research and Correspondence Representative The perfect applicant will have expertise and background to work in a quick paced call center environment; have excellent writing, reasoning and trouble shooting skills, as well as great customer service skills. Will talk with guarantors/patients by phone and responds to customer letters in writing to obtain details needed to resolve problems and complete tasks promptly and courteously. Confers with other staff members to obtain additional details and clarification needed to resolve account problems. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Collects incoming mail when delivered to the business office Sorts insurance denials and explanations of benefits
