Application Technologist I, United States, Pharma N. America - (St Louis, MO)

POSITION DETAILS: The pharmaceutical flavor associate technologist will assist with daily flavor development tasks including compounding for flavor requests, managing raw materials, managing flavor libraries, supporting a reference sample system, closing & shipping tech service requests, while maintaining a safe and clean laboratory environment. Actively contributes ideas and physical assistance while developing an ability in applying flavors to pharmaceutical, OTC, and nutritional supplement applications. The associate technologist will assist in creating winning solutions that maximize flavor performance through recipe design of API and/or other functional ingredient delivery systems. Contribute to NPD innovation platforms including taste-masking and flavor stability initiatives. This role will assist in producing pilot scale quantities of spray-dried flavors.
