Multi-Site Leasing Consultant - (Boulder, CO)

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to work at 2 of our apartment communities in Boulder, CO! Leasing Consultants are the face of Aimco. When visiting an apartment community for the 1st time, very often the 1st person you meet will be a Leasing Consultant. We recognize that 1st impressions make all the difference, and the perfect applicant understands the importance of a smile and friendly handshake. Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents is essential. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment home as defined by Aimco policies and procedures. Assignments include locating and qualifying prospective residents, assisting current residents, lease renewals, and rent collection.
