Independently performs a variety of complex paralegal duties with limited supervision and has a solid understanding of complex legal issues. Assist attorneys in all aspects of legal case preparation and file management including moderate to advanced legal research, drafting routine to complex documents and collection of info relevant to cases. Conduct investigations through personal interviews. Review and analyze various reports, responses and records. Determine scope, direction and depth of legal research on assigned projects. May prepare case summaries, medical record summaries, pleadings, discovery responses, affidavits and other legal documents.
