This position is responsible for representing the interests of the company in the litigation of disputed Workers Compensation claims. Provide excellent client service as part of a legal team. Responsible for independent, aggressive case handling with a resolution management focus. Remain current on related legal and regulatory governances and changes. Interpret, develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of the Claim organization. Expertise to independently handle a full to moderate caseload with low to moderate level of severity and complexity from case inception through trial/resolution with limited to no secretarial support.
