Unified Communications Network Support Technician - (Durham, NC)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce Inc. is immediately looking for a Unified Communications Network Support Technician for our enterprise network innovation client's technical support center in Durham, NC. You will be responsible for providing technical support for Cisco Unified communication products and networking technologies to our client's customers and partners. Workload is high but the breadth and diversity of technology exposure is 2nd to none. The TAC is the 1st to be confronted by challenges and issues with new equipment and tools in the field. As such all roles have a technology learning curve that never ends. About the Team: Our client's team provides 2nd/3rd level technical support on a worldwide basis via phone, email, web and remote access for Cisco Unified Contact Center and other specific call center applications are deployed to our client's customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers via phone/email/fax consultation to independently troubleshoot & debug product problems.
