Our mid-sized (under 150 attorneys) Chicago-based law firm client is seeking a well-credentialed, Illinois bar admitted federal tax attorney with 6-30yrs of background gained at a major law firm. This attorney will collaborate together with the group's co-chair and the corporate transactional partners, and handle federal tax maters relating to acquisition and divestiture transactions, REITs, partnerships, joint ventures and private equity investments.
