POSITION PURPOSE: The position of Member Service Representative I will work under general supervision and follow established policies and procedures of the credit union. The primary emphasis for this position will be to process savings and share draft accounts, check cashing, assist members with money orders, traveler's checks, and Visa transactions. This job mandates an understanding of daily teller transactions and processes and current knowledge of the credit union's electronic data and processing system.
