Responsibilities:• Internalize Buyer Consultation Presentation • Be a Student of the Local Philadelphia Market • Prepare and Provide Sales Comparisons, CMAs to Buyers • Show properties, prepare offers, negotiate contracts • Host Open Houses & Broker Tours for RE/MAX @ HOME properties • Work with Closing Manager to Ensure Closing Documents Are Complete Requirements: • Must have an active PA Real Estate License. • Knowledge of Center City Philadelphia and surrounding cities. • Strong work ethic, desire to be successful and ambitious. • Knowledge of New Construction a plus.
