Continuous Improvement Facilitator A local Medical device company is expanding in 2017! Position Purpose: The Continuous Improvement Facilitator assists the Director of Continuous Improvement in the education and training of all employees in the tools and best practices of process improvement. The person in this role provides the tactical support for advancing the company's continuous improvement culture. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions: The continuous improvement facilitator is charged with: - Minitab - Statistical tools - Leads project improvement projects - Conducts gate reviews for process improvement projects - Conducting training (small or large group) - Poke Yoke - Microsoft office suite products - Team dynamics - Assisting the Director of Continuous Improvement by providing training and education in the areas of lean, 6 sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED and other process improvement tools - Establish and proliferate best practices throughout the organization Requirements:
