Paralegal - Corporate Transactions & Securities Among the 200 largest law firms in the country (AmLaw 200), Thompson Hine has grown since its founding over a century ago to a firm of approx 400 lawyers with offices in 7 cities. We are currently seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Corporate Transactions and Securities practice group. This position is located in our Cincinnati office. Under the direct supervision of our partners, position assignments ideally include, but are not limited to, the following: General Corporate Operations: Preparing basic organizational documents for profit corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships; Preparing board resolutions calling the meeting; preparing meeting notices, 1st draft of Proxy statement/Proxy card, and letter to shareholders; preparing ballots and certificate of inspector of election; and preparing 1st draft of shareholder meeting minutes.
