Prominent domestic and international law firm seeks a Transactions & Securities focused Associate Attorney with 3-five years of background (2009-2011 grads) to join its Charlotte North Carolina Corporate group. REQUIREMENTS: -Background representing buyers and sellers in private M&A transactions; -Conducting and coordinating the due diligence process, managing document flow, and assisting in closing transactions; -Representing financial sponsors and their portfolio companies. -Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades desired); -Strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as good verbal & written correspondence skills required; - Major law firm background required; - North Carolina Bar. - Background representing public company clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. -Advising clients on a full range of domestic and cross-border public and private transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures,
