Lead Resource Recruitment Specialist - (Oklahoma City, OK)

Position Concept: This position serves a community contact for recruitment of foster homes and community expansion opportunities. The position provides the leadership, ability, experience and collaboration skills to work in an area of expansion and new program start-up for Eckerd. Responsibilities for this position include develop and implement a recruitment plan to actively recruit TFC and Bridge Resource homes. Provide training and license prospective foster parents. Actively look for new business development and community collarboration opportunties. Required functions: * Serves as a community contact for recruitment of foster homes and community opportunities. Provides the leadership, ability, experience and collaboration skills to work in an area of expansion and new program start-up for Eckerd. This requires advanced skills in building partnerships and expanding relationships with churches and community organizations.
