Historically, this print details the appearance of the South Carolina State Capitol Building in 1998, two years prior to the first flag issue. Note that the actual signatures of all of the then seated members of the South Carolina House of Representatives and the South Carolina Senate as well as the South Carolina Governor are on the borders of the print. This is a one of a kind item. We received it from a then member of the S.C. Delegation. Never again will one of these be encountered, especially after the events of the past few weeks. The print is attractively framed and is ready to hang on your wall or your place of honor. The size of the print is 47 ¼ inch wide and is 37 ½ inch high. We do not ship internationally.
