BEAUTIFUL Antique Log Cabin 16' x 24' Pine Logs Story and a Half - $10,000 - (Blue River, WI)

This old log cabin would make a wonderful weekend getaway or a lovely home!! It was taken down in 2010. Logs are pine and it is a story and a half. It is 16' x 24'. It has 7 window and 2 exterior door openings. It has been stored in a shed since it was taken down. All logs are labeled with their location and plans with all parts labeled will be provided (see pictures 5-8). Floor decking, roof decking, sill beams, floor joists and any foundation not included. We will look closely at every log before loading for shipment and determine if any need replacing. Material suitable to make replacements will be provided. They will be pine logs of similar age and size. Our business is Old Wood New Use, LLC and we have been taking down old barns and log buildings since 2000 so have a lot of experience in properly dismantling old buildings. We rebuilt one of these cabins on our property and it is a beautiful structure. Please look at all pictures carefully and ASK QUESTIONS.
