College House Roommate needed - N.A. - (Fayetteville, AR)

Hello. I am a college student at the University of Arkansas (female, 21), and I need a roommate for the house I am currenlty living in to take over a lease. The room she would be taking over is a large room, with its own private bathtroom. Laundry is included in the house, it includes a large study room, living room and kitchen. The house is about a 5 minutes drive from the University, and has two driveays so there is plenty of parking. We have a german shepherd that lives in the house so any pets are welcome. The house is fully furnished, however the room for lease only has a bed with a bed frame in the room.
