VIDEO 7 Yr Old Buckskin Gelding - $2,200 - (Ingram, TX)
Cooper is a wonderful little 7yr old buckskin gelding in need of a home where he will receive some love and TLC. He is 14.3 hh with a wonderful little head and a kind eye. Cooper is a rescue and came in extremely thin, and while we have floated his teeth, wormed him and put a bunch of weight on him, he still has a ways to go before he is at his ideal weight. Cooper was raised on a ranch and has been used to ride pastures, check fences and push cattle. He has not been roped off of. He has been broke right and is nicely started, but still needs more wet saddle blankets before he can be considered finished. Cooper rides quietly on a loose rein and travels out well in the pasture, with a smooth trot and rocking horse lope. He crosses water, will go through thick brush, and rides alongside the highway without a problem. Cooper can be ridden by himself or in a large group of horses with no problem. He will leave the group willingly and will happily lead or follow.
